Most of the fast growing brands use factories to produce their products outside their home country (ie. Asia, North America, South America etc.). We can offer efficient inbound transportation from factory to the warehouse, including (if needed) cross docking and customs management in Europe.

Our fulfilment process starts with the receipt of your stock. All products are carefully unpacked and checked while dimensions and quantities are entered into our WMS. Since time is of essence, receiving the goods in the morning would mean that the majority they will be processed within 24 hours.

In all our fulfilment centres, we work with an AutoStore system. This automatic storage system consists of more than 170,000 bins throughout Europe. Major benefit of using our solution is that your products are stored in a dust-free environment, well-secured and compact. Hence, we guarantee that the footprint used is as small as possible.

Are your items not suitable for the AutoStore due to their size or weight? Then, we can also manually store them on pallets and shelf racks.

As soon as a customer places an order in your webshop, our AutoStore is activated to fulfil the order. One of the Autostore robots brings the relevant bin towards an order picker where using pick-to-light system, the person is directed to pick the right stock from the presented bin.

The combination of  automated and manual checks during order picking, makes the picking process error free!

Our automatic packing machines pack orders to size putting on the lid the print of your choice. If your parcel does not fit into one of our machines, our experts will be on hand to pack your parcel manually. In both cases, we work with environmentally conscious and high-quality packaging materials, so that the parcels arrive at their destination in optimal condition.

At Active Ants, we have an excellent national and international carrier network. This allows us to engage with the most suitable carriers from each country. Alongside the huge variety of carriers, you can also choose amongst multiple different delivery options depending on customer needs (i.e. next day delivery, pick up points etc).

The fulfilment process does not stop after shipping. Many industries experience high return rates. At Active Ants, we inspect returned items, prepare them for sale again (if possible) and put them back into stock.
