Shiftleader Outbound(Roosendaal)

• Support the Team Leader in coordinating the daily activities of the outbound department.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 35–45 employees to achieve team and departmental goals.
• Monitor priorities and contribute to process improvements within your area of responsibility.
• Work on the warehouse floor to maintain an overview and actively contribute to meeting targets.
• Ensure a positive working atmosphere and foster collaboration within the team.
• Record performance and actions in the system and report results to the Team Leader.
• Take charge in the absence of the Team Leader to ensure all orders are handled efficiently and accurately.

• You have an MBO (intermediate vocational) level of education and thinking.
• You possess leadership qualities and know how to motivate a team.
• You have experience in logistics; we are happy to help you further develop in your role.
• Experience with automated order-picking and packing systems is a plus, but not required.
• You are comfortable working in shifts.
• We operate in a multilingual environment. Fluency in either Dutch or English is sufficient to participate effectively, while speaking both languages is a bonus.

Attractive terms of employment, including:

• A gross monthly salary starting at £2,780 for full-time employment (excluding holiday pay);
• 27 days of holiday;
• Travel allowance of £0.21 per kilometre with a maximum of 25 km one way;
• A pension scheme and 8% holiday pay.
• Working week: Monday to Friday, including Sunday and sometimes Saturday shifts during busy periods. Working hours: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. (in consultation)
• A temporary contract of 7 months, including a 1-month probationary period, for 40 hours per week.
